Fellowship Technologies, a Dynamic Church Management Software Company, is currently seeking an experienced enterprise report developer to join our already strong development team working on the Fellowship One application suite. You will participate in designing, coding, testing, and debugging complex reports using Microsoft’s Reporting Services for SQL Server 2008. You may assist clients with finding a report, helping with and/or enhancing an existing report, and creating new reports. Successful candidates should enjoy a challenging, fast-paced, and innovative atmosphere using leading edge technologies.

Required Skills/Experience:

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in Enterprise report development using a solution like MS Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, MS Access Reports, Active Reports, or Oracle Reports

·       Significant experience with SQL Server 2005/2008, SQL, and Stored Procedures

·       Significant experience with relational data models and normalized database concepts

·       Eager to work within a strong Christian atmosphere

·       Ability to break down and identify solutions to problems

·       Ability to quickly learn new concepts and techniques

·       Willing to adapt to changing priorities

·       Ability to execute under deadline pressure

·       Work effectively in a team environment or individually with minimal supervision

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Desired Skills/Experience:

·       BS in Computer Science

·       Significant experience building reports using MS Reporting Services 2005/2008

·       Experience with SQL Analyzer and performance tuning techniques

·       Excellent customer service skills

·       Exposure to C#, DLL construction

·       Exposure to HTML, XSL
